Lack of Entries..

Hey yall..

Lack of entries lately. =(

I am just focusing really hard on my training preparing for June 19 US Team Trials.

2009 is probably going to be my last serious wushu competition year. Time to move on with other things in my life like movies, business, other styles of martial arts, having a life.. etc. haha

I'll still workout, but not to the point where its ALL I do.

Anyways, if you dont hear from me this month / next month its cuz im training my ass off.

TEAM TRIALS then WORLDS in October.
