AMBER..Beijing

OKAY BACK FROM BJ.. quick entry before i leave for HK.Celebrated friends birthday.. worked.. and managed to squeeze in a performance..Not bad in 2 days.Went to see Meng Jing Hui's AMBER.. it was performed at the huge National theater in Beijing...( SORRY NO PICS)... super tight security. It was cool to see this kind of "off broadway " show in BJ.He is an avant Garde Director outta china... This is the first i have seen of his works.. and he has an amazing team of people...  the stage sets and multimedia aspect was extremely interesting.. he uses a mix of visual arts, installations,projected film.. in his plays... so the whole performance gets an extra dimension with these modern art elements.. quite inconventional.Check him out if you have the chanceNext stop was Bed BAR ..
